Information on the processing of personal data

Pursuant to art. 13 of EU Reg. 2016/679

The EU Regulation 27 April 2016 n. 679 provides for the right to the protection of personal data concerning individuals. In compliance with this legislation, our company, which intends to process your personal data, wishes to inform you in advance, pursuant to art. 13 of EU Reg. 2016/679, that this treatment will be based on the principles of lawfulness, correctness and transparency, purpose limitation, data minimization, accuracy, conservation limitation, integrity and confidentiality and accountability, as well as protection of your privacy and Your rights. We therefore provide you with the following information on the processing of your personal data that we intend to carry out.

The processing has the purpose of being able to contact you again, following your request, for:
  1. provide the information requested by you, formulation of estimates, pre-contractual and contractual management and for internal operational and management needs;
  2. commercial / promotional purposes regarding products / services, events and initiatives related to them provided by CLASSIC PADDOCK SRL by post and / or telephone and also through automated systems (SMS, e-mail, e-mail marketing / newsletter);
  3. the use of your image in the context of advertising campaigns of a commercial nature with the help of social networks that film, with photographic and audiovisual means, the Competitors during the course of the race and during the collateral activities connected to it ( by way of example and not limited to: sporting and technical checks, awards, final dinner, etc).

The treatment will be carried out by persons specifically appointed in the following ways: electronic and paper.

The provision of your data is mandatory for you for the purposes referred to in point a). We therefore invite you to omit data that are not relevant in relation to the specific purposes for which they are provided. Failure to provide your data may make it impossible to contact you again to provide information, including relating to products / services and for internal operational or management needs. However, the provision of your data is optional for you for the operations referred to in point b), or commercial / promotional information / invitations to events / fairs from our company.

The persons in charge to whom your personal data (personal and common data) can be communicated are the following:
  • persons in charge belonging to our company;
  • external parties who may carry out, on behalf of our company, the management of IT systems and the website;
  • subjects to whom the right to access the data is granted by legal provisions or regulations;
  • other subjects required by law.

The data collected for the purposes referred to in point a) will be duly stored for a maximum period of 10 years, pursuant to art. 2220 of the Civil Code or, pursuant to art. 13, par. 2, lett. a), second part, of EU Reg. 2016/679, for a variable term, according to balancing criteria of legitimate corporate interests (linked to tax audits, any special correspondence, such as disputes, arrears, legal aspects, periodic purchase, statistical, production, quality purposes).

The data collected for the purposes referred to in point b) will be duly stored for a maximum period that can be quantified in 24 months as provided for in point 8 of the General Provision of the Guarantor for the Protection of Personal Data of 24 February 2005.

The possibility of transferring the data collected in the EU is also envisaged.

There is no possibility of disseminating the data (dissemination in terms of communication to indeterminate subjects).

  • right of limitation (Article 18);
  • right to data portability (Article 20);

  • right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Article 77);
  • right to withdraw consent, in the cases provided for by art. 6, par. 1, lett. a) or by art. 9, par. 2, lett. to)
